Golden Grill Restaurant

Year of Completion: 2013
Location: Bengaluru
Area of Construction: 3420 square feet

At Golden Grill restaurant, the core inspiration for design was burning coal. The ceiling was used as a striking element that added an element of intrigue for visitors. Private dining options and back lit roofs gave the space a warm yet grand look. Through clever use of exisiting architectural elements such as the pitched roof, Studio Osmosis used faceted geometry to add standout elements. New tapestries were used for old furniture that provided a unique juxtaposition to the space. Anitque metallic furnishings brought a chic feel to the furniture. At Golden Grill, a lot of experimentation was done on site with regards to light play and emphasis of existing elements. This has led to a unique design that is not just fun and interactive but also very original.
