Lilium, in contrast with the contemporary minimalist trend, boast its impressive flavor for most exclusive finishes, fixtures and fittings, furniture, furnishings, etc.
The living room is a collectible for designer pieces, either purchased from brand names or customized to suit the style of the entire ambience, from the sophisticated upholstery and colors used. The wall has glossy blue colored finish with intricate moldings, to add further detail to the wall.
On entering the living spaces, one is mesmerized by the beveled mirror paneled all of copper, black and clear glass in the lounge area. Extensive and selective use of mirror adds volume to the apartment. The apartment exhibits elegant range of wall finishes, not overly done, yet evoking opulence to its surrounding space
A royal color palette of gold and shades of brown dominate the entire ambience of the flat, with hues of gold splashed on walls with different finishes and texture, and wooden flooring and rich brown laminate reflecting the rest of décor.the dining room has its own individuality merged with the overall design. The area has raised flooring of circular mosaic pattern which introduced the patio outside within the living environment, giving it an outdoor terraced touch. The decorative column gives an imposing entry to the space, so does the huge vintage chandelier which is the prominent feature of the ceiling. The ceiling also has unique finish of silver foil.
The kid bedroom has touch of the contemporary style with respect to the age of its inhabitant, but at the same time retaining the extravagance, with respect to lighting fixtures, laminate finish and flooring. The design of the bedroom was inspired by the AUDI bed selected for the room décor. The AUDI symbol has been abstracted on the glass etched panel behind the bed and lit to illuminate a beautiful backdrop. The palette used is black and white and browns adding the warmth in the room. A rustic brick wall in white, is another feature further contemporizing the décor of the bedroom which is exclusively different from the remaining design of the apartment.
The master bedroom has been vastly decorated as for the owner of the house. It has a customized bed design with warm brown finish matching the flooring. Designer lighting fixture hangs delicately on the side of the bed. The finish behind the wall is classy embossed fabric wallpaper rendering the bedroom with elite quality. The walk in closet has beveled glass paneling emitting the regal radiance.
The other bedroom on Lilium has been designed in a subtle manner, as for need for a mature space. Extravagance of style has not been compromised here too, but has been used in an elusive way. The walls have beige wallpaper design with darker shades of upholstery and furniture. The bed has a crown detail as its headboard, which is reflected on the window elevation of the room, delicately ornamented with shiny stones.
The kitchen being modular still reflects the wealthy décor by use of wooden flooring and rich choice of laminate and stone

Bathroom has been treated uniquely like the home’s overall design. Lilium has extravagant bathroom, one would choose not leave. Each bathroom has been detailed minutely from, the tiling to its skirting to the detailing of the sanitary ware and fixtures which has been customized to suit the scheme of the bathroom. Mirror detailing is the essence of the bathroom on Lilium. Etching on the mirror illuminated at the back adds additional space. The elaborate and intricate mirror frames bring the imperial feel, whereas the lighting bring the wow factor. The high-lighter tiles are flaunted on the walls and flooring, so does the elaborated leg design of the wash basins.
